A Night To Remember says
Our Outdoor Cooking Series is back and we're featuring a guest chef for the first time—Jason White, chef de cuisine of the upcoming Theodore Rex! Jason will be serving coal-grilled chicken with green garlic broth and chicken fat rice on the patio. All plates'll be $15 and will be served from 5pm until they’re sold out. You may spot Theodore Rex’s chef/owner Justin Yu hanging out and having a good time with us.

We'll have a couple more special guests in the house: Doug Ward of WhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey and Alex Consalvo of Shacksbury Cider. Each of them will speak about their killer Vermont dranks: Farmstock, a true farm-to-bottle whiskey and the complex, daring Shacksbury ciders. Get a taste of both for $8—a 12 ounce pour of cider and a .75 ounce shot of Farmstock.
