Well summertime is here and for our next "Cooks Soapbox" installment we will embrace this heat and bring you something very refreshing.

On Tuesday, July 28 chefs Jason Dady (San Antonio), Erin Smith (Main Kitchen) with our own Ben McPherson and Matt Wommack will present you with a multi course meal featuring the product of local beekeeper, Sean Passarra of Mindful Honey .

All courses will be paired with Barr Hill Spirits cocktails by Lainey Collum.
