A number of elected officials and community leaders are going to be in attendance to lend their support & help educate. Ann Johnson (was Harris County District Attorney Office's expert on human trafficking) will also be joining us.

EVERYONE willl leave event with ways they can play their part (big and small) combating this awful stain on Houston that cripples many many many young women's lives.

Jacquelyn Aluotto is a producer, director and activist dedicated to saving shelters for homeless people through the eradication of poverty, violence and abuse across America. Jacquelyn created, produced and directed three new shows proving that making a difference is entertaining and inspiring. She is the go-to-girl for celebrities who want to highlight their causes and be featured on her shows. She directed and produced the award winning documentary Not In My Backyard with never before seen powerful footage of abused and homeless women and children. In 2012, NIMBY screened in Washington receiving a standing ovation at The World's Women Conference of Shelters.

Labeled the Socially Conscious Fashionista, Jacquelyn is a constant face on popular TV shows and hosts a web show Real Beauty Real Women with exclusive interviews of celebrity and red carpet charity events, making giving back look glamorous. She has presented at numerous colleges and universities and received congressional recognition for her work. She is the recipient of many awards, to name a few: the B.O.S.S. "Influencer" Award, the Winnie Mandela Award, and the Community Service Award. Jacquelyn became a finalist in the Russel Berrie Foundation’s People Making A Difference Award, and in 2010, was voted for the Top 10 CEO Women in America. She is the founder and creator of RBRW.ORG, Pick It Up Pictures and Break The Cycle, a non-profit. Jacquelyn's main focus and dream is to inspire people through Socially Conscious Entertainment to make a difference and give back.
