HWNT, Houston Chapter, hosts Chef/Author Adán Medrano for a truly unique and delicious evening of cooking, history and mouth-watering Texas Mexican food (Not Tex-Mex) Proceeds benefit the HWNT Scholarship Fund.

The evening features delicious dishes from his new book, "Truly Texas Mexican: A Native Culinary Heritage In Recipes." This special evening will include:
--Demo of the cooking techniques, with Q&A, followed by
--"Chef's Tasting Menu" of the prepared dishes
--A Reading from this ground-breaking book which is a combination of history and cookbook
--Beverages featured will be traditional Aguas Frescas
--Personal Book Signing!
