Has your organization ever asked “Where do we want to go?” Or, has your organization been faced with a challenge or opportunity that the leadership is unsure how to address? Effective strategic planning is often the key to responding to these and other issues. If your organization is considering embarking on a strategic planning process or has a strategic plan in place that is not an integral part of the everyday decision-making and board discussions, then this session is for you. This interactive workshop will provide an introduction to the value of real- time strategic planning and help you to develop an increased comfort with tools and methodologies that can be incorporated into an organization’s daily operations.

Workshop participants are encouraged to come prepared to discuss a goal or an issue that their organization is currently facing.
