Join us for “ The Great Pumpkin Workout”… attendees will be working out with pumpkins at this week’s Midtown in Motion. Attendees are asked to bring your own but not required. Limited pumpkins will be available by instructor.

Our featured instructor, Roz Jones will conduct a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class at 9:30am and Yoga Flow class at 10:30am.
