Join Monica Rivas for her Releasing Resistance: Hips & Hamstrings workshop!
In this class we will practice identifying resistance in the body, and consciously choosing to let it go. In doing so we find space to move more deeply in our asanas. This class specifically works on moving more deeply into hip and hamstring focused poses such as splits, king pigeon, and compass pose. Already flexible hips and hamstrings are not required or preferred to participate. Free for members & $20 for future members.
