Strength & flexibility... Two sides of the same coin, both equally important to our yoga practice. In this workshop we'll explore each in unique ways. We'll find space & flexibility deep into our hips, hamstrings, & shoulders while cultivating strength in our upper body & core. To put it all together we'll explore poses such as Compass, 8-Angle, & Eka Pada Koundinyasana II (Hurdler's pose)... Breaking each down to their most basic fundamentals so they're more approachable. We'll stretch, work hard, laugh, & sweat; we may fall, we'll definitely grow, and we'll absolutely have fun! Come amaze yourself with all the rockstar stuff your bodies are capable of!!
