Please join us at Roost for dinner this Valentine's Day. Take your pick of dishes from this three-course menu ($85 per person) that includes a glass of Veuve Clicqout Rose Champagne.

If choosing the three-course Valentine's dinner option, we ask that the whole table choose that menu as well. Coffee and Tea included upon request. No substitutions please.

Tartar of Watermelon and Ahi Tuna with birds-eye chili, baby coriander, truffle oil and sesame cracker

FIRST COURSE: Choice of Appetizer
Fried green tomatoes with crumbled goat’s cheese, cucumber & roasted corn relish and house Italian vinaigrette
Gulf Fish and local boudin gumbo with trinity rice, red beans and herbs
The famous fried cauliflower with bonito, miso dressing, pine nuts and scallion

SECOND COURSE: Choice of Entree
Duck 2 ways: Seared breast and confit of leg n’ thigh with cherry and cabbage panzanella and horseradish
Tandoori Salmon filet with saag paneer style spinach, lentils and a coconut & yogurt sauce
Jerk Cured Berkshire pork chop with escabeche, mild island sauce and white bean ragout
Tofu & mushroom marsala with asparagus, Paulie’s pasta, artichokes and reduced pan jus’

THIRD COURSE: Choice of dessert
Coffee n’ donut holes with crushed pistachios, salted caramel and coffee ice cream
Hummingbird bread pudding with cream cheese icing, candied pecan and crushed pineapple puree
Banana split with Brown butter ice cream, berry sauce, kettle corn, sprinkles and boozy cherries
