The “Tour De Emeril” has been one of the better dinner series in Las Vegas this year. Every couple of months, the four chefs who helm the kitchens in Emeril Lagasse’s Las Vegas restaurants link up for a progressive dinner and each one of them takes on a course. This one is a can’t-miss as chefs Jean Paul Labadie, Scott Pajak, James Richards and Ronnie Rainwater, along with pastry chef Diane Won, present classic dishes from Delmonico—the New Orleans restaurant where Emeril became a superstar chef—while putting their own spins on each one. Part throwback, part modern, it will be a dinner unlike any other in the city.
