Time Out says

'B.A. Pass' foolhardily attempts to fuse the erotic thriller with a fresh-faced coming-of-age story, and transatlantic neo-noir grit with local Delhi colour. The story follows Mukesh, a student who, upon losing his parents in a car crash, is separated from his siblings in different care homes like an age-flipped 'Make Way for Tomorrow'. Femme fatale and neighbour Sarika first seduces him, and then prostitutes him out to other local, lonely souls. The shrieking melodrama of its denouement would embarrass Brian De Palma, and while the film’s purpose and ambition are admirable, the dramatic off-notes and unintentionally hilarious plot reveals stack up alarmingly.
