Supreme Peace Yoga & Wellness says
Birth is a journey with many twists and turns. At the core of Birthing Well classes is the belief that birth is made up of equal parts head-knowledge, heart-knowledge, and body-knowledge. Regardless of the type of birth you anticipate, every birthing and new parent journey offers a profound opportunity to invite curiosity into the soulful encounter that awaits you through the birth adventure.

These Lamaze-inspired classes provide evidence-based information about physiologic birth, labor coping strategies, medical interventions, breastfeeding and postpartum transitions with plenty of opportunities to prepare physically and emotionally for whatever you may experience during your birthing journey–even the unexpected!

Who should take this class? Everyone! All pregnant people and all birth plans are welcome and encouraged to attend.

When should you take this class? Usually somewhere between 20-36 weeks is best so you have time to practice and prepare but not to forget!

Fee**: $150.00, paid upon registration.

**Alternative payment options or sliding scale may be available. Contact Emily directly to discuss options. (Refunds will only be given before start of series.)
