Chef John Varanese is thrilled to invite you to join him for an evening of dining delights featuring the wines of Francis Ford Coppola Winery. Enjoy six creative courses and perfect pairings with special guest Dave Razzano, Ohio Valley Regional Manager for Francis Ford Coppola Winery.

Committed to sustainability, Coppola Winery is, in the words of Francis Ford Coppola himself, “a wine wonderland, a park of pleasure where people of all ages can enjoy all the best things in life – food, wine, music, dancing, games, swimming and performances of all types. A place to celebrate the love of life.”

The cost of this wine dinner will be $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required with a credit card and can be made by calling (502) 899-9904 or emailing letsdine@varanese.com. A $25 per seat fee will be charged for reservations not cancelled within 24 hours of the event.

Seared White Tuna Carpaccio topped with Grilled Tropical Fruit Salsa with Passion Fruit Aioli and Grilled Brioche Crostini

Third Course
Directors, Sonoma Coast – Pinot Noir
Fried Mozzarella Ravioli and Wild Mushroom Fricassee topped with a Sweet Corn Butter Sauce and Cherry Gastrique with Snow Pea Tendrils and Popcorn Shoots

Fourth Course
Diamond Collection, Black Label – Claret
Slow Braised Local Wagyu Bolognaise served over Spinach and Fontina Cheese Risotto garnished with Fried Basil Leaves

Fifth Course
Archimedes, Sonoma County – Cabernet and Cab Franc
Grilled Lamb Chops served with Braised Greens tossed with White Beans and Smoked Bacon finished with a Rosemary Demi
