The full moon can bring out a bit of lunacy in all of us. Instead of rising up in the midst of the chaos it brings use this practice to release any pent up muscles, or emotions, and find connection and calm during the storm. We will warm up and open the hips with Moon Salutations, then stretch out for restorative poses. Find balance in mind and body as we move through 45 minutes of mindful action, and 45 minutes of stillness. This should leave you calm, centered and ready to face whatever Monday brings.
