Active Heroes says
Justin Fitch is a retired U.S. Army combat Veteran who knows what it's like to have post traumatic stress. Justin was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2014 and fights everyday to raise awareness and funds to help develop a military family retreat center called the Active Heroes Retreat. Now in the last months of his life, Justin is calling upon everyone to step up and support the Active Heroes Retreat and help build the first cabin. C

Our goal is to raise $400,000 to help build the first two cabins and the roads at the retreat to make Justin's dream a reality before his end.

22 veterans a day take their own lives due to triggering points associated with post traumatic stress. That's over 8000 veteran suicides a year.

Active Heroes is a 501c3 charity with a mission to reduce veteran suicide. 22 veterans a day take their own lives and Active Heroes is working towards reducing these numbers by developing a military family retreat center in Shepherdsville, KY.
