With many parents who have not had an affilation to the military they are not fully aware of what their son or daughter is going through when they return from bootcamp and further training they will go through, how a deployment effects them, and just the general of growing up and becoming a new adult after joining the military. There are parent's who's child has finished their time in the military and have returned home and they seem to be a different person; and you have concerns and so many questions how to help them transition from the military life to civilian life. This group will help give you an understanding to help guide you in this new avenue. Even if you are a miliary family and you are having some struggles with your son or duaghter once they have joined the military you are welcome to this group as well. You can help those who may not understand the military get a better picture of the life other than what is protrayed on t.v. and shows.
