In honor of the 10th Anniversary of 21c Louisville and Proof on Main, we’re hosting a series of guest chef dinners featuring the executive chefs from each of our 21c restaurants.

In July our own executive chef Mike Wajda has invited Jonathan Searle of the newly minted Lockbox at 21c Lexington to collaborate on a southern feast. Join us for a menu of elevated country fare showcasing the bounty of Kentucky summer with dishes like Skillet Cornbread and Warm Parker House Rolls, Cornmeal Fried KY Carp, Stewed Okra and Char Grilled Florida Shrimp. Oh, and did we mention the dessert course with Fried Peach Hand Pies and Sweet Corn Cookies?
