Kentucky Derby Museum says
For just two Friday dates, November 20 & 27, the Kentucky Derby Museum has created a unique experience called "The Works" Tour & Breakfast, providing a full morning of unique opportunities at both the Museum and Churchill Downs Racetrack.

"The Works" Tour & Breakfast kicks-off at 8:30 a.m. at the Museum. Guests then head over to the Wicker Garden, located above Section 327 at Churchill Downs Racetrack to watch the horses as they go through their morning workout. A light continental breakfast will be served as a tour guide offers insight into the action on the track as well as handicapping the races.

Next, the group will spend time exploring the Museum’s two floors of interactive exhibits before heading to the D. Wayne Lukas Gallery for an exclusive Inside the Vault tour. Guests will receive the rare opportunity to see artifacts not currently on exhibit and hear their stories as presented by the Museum’s curatorial team. Highlighted collections will include those of Hall of Fame jockey Bill Shoemaker and Hall of Fame trainers Jimmy Jones and Woody Stephens.

General admission to Churchill Downs Racetrack is included in the tour ticket, with an option to upgrade to box seat admission, to enjoy a day of live racing after the tour.
