A self-proclaimed 'lair of fire, dance and amazing drinks' inspired by the African plains, Tusk is an outpost of the Northern Quarter's livelier end that also connects to sister bar Walrus. Expect lots of fruity, tropical cocktails, burgers and sharing boards, plus excitable crowds come the weekend.
