It's 20 years since the meanswear brand Duck and Cover first emerged and, to celebrate the loyalty which Manchester has shown to the label, they've got together with Unity Radio to launch the 'Duck and Cover Designer Quest.'
The winning budding designers get the chance to see their submissions turned into actual clothes to be sold throughout the Duck and Cover retail outlets.
Listeners to Unity Radio are being asked to submit up to five designs for various ranges including outwear, knitwear, t shirts trousers and knits. One winning design will be chosen to form part of the brand's Autumn Winter 2016 collection.
Lee Dinsdale, Director of Unity Radio, is excited by the partnership saying that the station has an 'ethos of investing in Manchester's community and providing a platform for raw talent.'
Interested? You've got until Monday November 9 to get your designs in to DesignerQuest@duckandcover.co.uk
