The country’s only outdoor curling lanes launch in Spinningfields

Spinningfields welcomes yet another first this winter with the arrival of the country’s only outdoor curling lanes.

With two dedicated outdoor lanes located on The Lawn, The Curling Lanes opened today and will remain open throughout the winter until February 2016. They'll open daily from 10am (apart from Christmas and New Year's days) providing a new festive experience in the city centre.

The Curling Lanes are available for hire alongside the curling league table for those within Manchester’s business community eager to go brush to brush on the ice! You can enquire at league@thecurlinglanes.co.uk /www.thecurlinglanes.co.uk.

The Lanes are accompanied by their very own clubhouse, The Curling Club, providing budding curlers with a box office, equipment, festive refreshments, cosy rugs and seating alongside a spectators’ area.

Open to all, from complete beginners through to seasoned curlers, ticket prices start from only £20 for a group of up to four people per 15-minute curling session, with three sessions per hour available.
