A magical and brand new version of a much-loved classic, David Nixon’ s ‘Cinderella’ sees Northern Ballet make a welcome return to the Palace Theatre.
The Imperial Russian setting promises a lavish production, with scenes titled ‘The Crystal Lake’ and ‘The Winter Ball’ hinting at the delights the design will offer. But, as usual with this wonderful company, the quality of the dance will shine through as the tale of love triumphing over adversity unfolds to a brand new Philip Feeney score.
