More than just a tapas joint, Evuna attempts to bring a bit of Spanish sunshine to Deansgate. It's a tricky task but the authentic menu, the exposed brickwork, the stone flooring and the cleverly sourced Spanish wines do a good job (though squinting on a sunny day certainly helps). Keep an eye out for the sea bass baked in rock salt, Evuna's signature dish.
