Solita

This is the third branch of the burgeoning Solita chain, joining the Northern Quarter original and the follow up, in Didsbury. This one is taking over the sites of two Prestwich restaurants - Bombay and Mary-Ellen McTague's Aumbry - so expect a spacious venue with plenty of room for bites and booze influenced by the USA. That output, we presume, will include the Big Manc - the signature Solita burger capable of causing something approaching delirium in those partial to a patty.
