This popular Bury boozer is a brewery too now, with the Silver Street Brewery moving in and setting up permanent home. Alongside the wealth of craft beers and real ale there's a pub grub menu that reads very well indeed - think market meats, Albert Matthews salt-aged beef, venison Scotch eggs and Bury black pudding with leek croquettes. The roasts look great, too.
