The Living Room

Leather chesterfield booths, polished woods, art deco lighting, arching orchids - The Living Room is still one of Deansgate's best-looking spots. The cocktails do a roaring trade (the regular two-for-one offers certainly help) but plenty stay for dinner too, tucking into an accessible menu of burgers, steaks, Thai curries and sliders. Prices are good, and the bar menu is worth a look too.
