A popular, high-end bar and restaurant right in the middle of Manchester, this is where the hordes with means head for well-crafted cocktails and a menu offering plenty of choice. It's not the cheapest in town but the steaks (cooked over charcoal), the platters and well-sourced seafood certainly go down well. The terrace is the plum spot, if you manage to snag a table.
