Time Out says

In an area known for student rowdiness, the small but perfectly formed Fallow Cafe is one of Fallowfield's greatest assets.

Housed in the site that for many years was home to Fallowfield’s branch of Trof, Fallow Café is its worthy follow-up. From the people behind the Ruby Lounge, Fallow Café is a rustic, stripped back boozer offering much-needed respite to the hyperactivity more often associated with the area, pushing the energy instead into a varied gig calendar and a sturdy selection of craft beers.

The unpretentious, student-friendly food menu also deserves a mention – as does the cocktail selection, which ticks off classics like the dark and stormy, the Moscow mule and a price-busting £3.50 espresso martini.
