Home of Honest Coffee

5 out of 5 stars

Combining great food and free space for artists and projects, this is more than just coffee, honestly.

Time Out says

The Home of Honest Coffee describes itself as and for a Kitchen / Creative Space / Co-working. A Future Artists Company enterprise, it's certainly ambitious in its plans and in its set up, but what's the coffee like?

Thankfully, as supplied by Chorlton based Passion Fruit Coffee Roastery, it's delicious, as is the four cheese toastie and the cakes on offer. In fact its simple but varied menu and range of coffees is worth going for alone.

But what sets this apart is that all of the money generated goes back into creative projects for the community. Honest Coffee isn't just a place to enjoy a decent brew - they have free powerful wifi, (superfast 30mbps microwave internet you can upload a 1gb file in 5minutes), an event space which is free to hire, facilitites for film makers, space for artists to meet and plan projects, a meeting room...

This makes Honest Coffee so much more than a Northern Quarter coffee shop outside the Northern Quarter, so go to it and see what being a customer will inspire. Being a patron of the arts has never been so easy!
