Jeanette Winterson is one of Manchester's finest literary exports, having written 10 novels, a book of short stories, countless essays and screenplays, plus the memoir 'Why Be Happy When You Could Be Normal?'
As part of the programming for Manchester Literature Festival, Winterson presents her latest project 'The Gap Of Time: The Winter's Tale Retold', which is an energetic retelling of one of Shakespeare's late plays.
