Following a succesful event at HOME earlier this year, animation magazine Skwigly.com returns to the cultural centre with a second installment of 'This Is Not A Cartoon', a showcase of international animated shorts for all the family.
The touring event works in partnership with the BFI and Film Hub North West Central, a partner in the BFI's Film Audience Network, with an aim to introduce families to the world of animation beyond the television screen, whilst also bringing the genre to venues that might not usually screen it.
