Chefs Yotam Ottolenghi and Ramael Scully make their way to the Royal Exchange this September to celebrate the release of 'NOPI', the book behind their innovative London restaurant that's known for blending Yotam's Middle Eastern flavours with Ramael's Asian heritage.
After taking the audience through their passion for travel and demos of their favourite recipes, there will also be a Q&A session and book signing.
