Make your Sunday Funday healthy for a change by joining in on The Brunch Movement, a fitness and grub combo that won’t give you a hangover or rouse any guilt come Monday morning. You’ll have your choice of kick starting the day with either a spinning class at RedBike Studio or a yoga session led by Trunk Up Yoga in the green space directly adjacent (each will be offered at 10:30am or 11:30am, with two brunch seatings immediately after).
