Wellness Saturday with CycleSeven at Time Out Market Miami

In the spirit of feeling good and having fun in the new year, we've partnered with our neighbor, SoBe fitness studio Cycle Seven, for an all-day wellness event this Saturday at Time Out Market Miami. Chefs will be serving special vegan dishes, the bar's slinging tasty mocktails and Cycle Seven has invited local wellness friends to join in on free activities and demos throughout the day. Expect mini cycle rides and a sound bath from Cycle Seven, a live mocktail and cocktail demo by Cardsy B, a pop-up shop from State of Gratitude, and restorative foam rolling and mobility routines led by Athletix Rehab.
