Beets, cabbage, dried mushrooms, heirloom dry beans, garlic, kale, leeks, micro greens, potatoes, squash, sweet potatoes, spinach and Swiss chard! Plus, a wide selection of meat, cheese, eggs, bread, grains, pasta, honey, maple syrup and so much more!

Join chef Austin Bartold for a series of cooking demonstrations of healthy recipes using traditional native ingredients at 12:30 and 2pm inside the Mill City Museum’s Baking Lab. In the half hour demos, he will be teaching the audience how to make roasted winter squash with wild rice, and mixed green salad with a cucumber pomegranate vinaigrette. Chef Bartold is a member of the Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe Indian Reservation with over ten years of culinary experience in the Twin Cities. Power of Produce kids veggie tasting club continues all winter! Kids ages 3-12 can earn a $2 token to spend on fruits and veggies at the market by tasting a local, seasonal vegetable sample. Samples are at our info booth located near the front door.
