Join us for a one-night-only culinary experience showcasing the amazing talent in our kitchen! On February 11, our team of chefs will get the chance to play. We're letting them loose in our state-of-the-art kitchen with a blank slate: six mouthwatering courses with wine pairings, designed to delight.

For one evening, our beautiful facility in South Minneapolis will be transformed into a ephemeral communal dining experience, where you'll savor an inventive meal and meet others passionate about great food.

We are thrilled to celebrate the talents of our chefs, who hail from some of the top Twin Cities restaurants and catering establishments like Travail, Victory 44, Lucia's, Create Catering and D'Amico Catering. They look forward to sharing their love of cooking with you!

Chef Steven Howard leads the Open Arms kitchen team with an incredible background and a true passion for cooking. Steven was one of the founding chefs at D’Amico Cucina and Azur; he owned a highly acclaimed multi-location restaurant in Tulsa, OK; was the Executive Chef for RSVP Cruise Lines; and was a chocolatier in Nantucket, where he developed an internship program with the University of Cork, Ireland. Before joining the team at Open Arms, he spent four years at D’Amico as the lead chef responsible for menu development and training of new staff members at D’Amico Catering.

This meal will contain gluten, dairy, meat and seafood. We will be able to serve a vegetarian version of the meal, but otherwise will not be able to make accomodations for dietary restrictions.
