Class Descriptions

Aerial Fitness:
This is an all levels program where students of all skill levels learn how to safely climb, relax, dance and play on the aerial silks by performing a variety of exercises, postures, and sequences that progressively build and condition muscles to be more fit and flexible. All of the exercises are relative to tricks that become accessible with the strength built over time. This program is designed to develop with you and your progress as you grow your wings to fly.

You will sweat. Bring a bottle of water and maybe a towel.
Clothing should cover the back. Leotards and unitards are awesome, or a long shirt that can be tucked in. Pants that cut off about the ankle are ideal. You'll be upside-down, and you want the back of your knee to stay covered. For the most part, yoga clothes work really well. No Jeans, no belts, no metal on the silks please.
Long hair? Bring a hair binder.
