Dot the I
Time Out says
One twist too many undermines this stylish mystery about a woman with a dark
past and the two men—including a gorgeous, compulsive videographer (García
Bernal)—competing for her affections. You can't explain more without spoiling
this film's raison d'être, so suffice it to say that there's more to the
apparently classic love triangle than meets the eye. Unfortunately, there's no
real sizzle between the leads; it's not easy to make García Bernal seem
uncharismatic, but Parkhill manages—and it's hard to get emotionally attached to
rain-slicked alleys, no matter how gorgeously photographed they may be.
