Established in the parent Exterminator as a vigilante Vietnam vet whose gimmick is wielding a blow torch as weapon of choice, the unprepossessing Ginty is back with more of the same. This time he has a mean adversary in Mario (son-of-Melvin) van Peebles, which means that Robert had sure better have a black buddy in tow. Luckily, BG the garbage collector wants to make the streets safe for low budget, low ambition film-makers too. When Ginty's all-dancin', all-strippin' girlfriend exits the film in messy fashion, there's nothing for it but to fire up the old blow torch. But she's got nothing to complain about: the movie's over for her a lot quicker than it is for us.
