Billed as 'An Amazing Fantasy of a New Kind', the movie is a hotchpotch of half-baked ideas ransacked from Disney, Bond and, at a guess, cult shows like The Avengers and Dr Who. The most intriguing notion is that by stealing historic monuments, the Snake Queen hopes to extract the country's life force and plunge the population into inertia. The rest is lame jokes and outmoded stereotypes.
