It doesn't take an Einstein to spot the connection between a state of happiness and a sense of well being. But what constitutes happiness and how does one attain it? This isn't the most riveting of documentaries, but director Belic does manage to unearth some intriguing answers from scientists, socio-religious figures and various members of the world community. As usual, it always seems to be those without the trappings of modern life who seem happiest. Maybe we should all just go back to ploughing fields...
