Time Out says

3 out of 5 stars
Even Mikkelsen, all pared-down bone structure and adorably wary smile, has his work cut out making headhunting glamorous – at least until he’s lured to a meeting with NF Sieger, decrepit owner of a company that’s ‘bigger than Microsoft’, who’s determined to find a successor who isn’t his chisel-faced son. Martin’s own son is sick, so he’s a soft touch for the rich guy with the sterling hospital connections – but dealing with loner billionaires with Oedipal issues is never a simple matter. Hammerich’s film whips along, in Danish, almost fast enough to miss the logic gaps; it’s all very entertaining, but as with so many thrillers, the story only works if several clever people behave really stupidly, quite a lot of the time.
