Time Out says

Did the three writer-directors of this unengaging Brit thriller concoct their plot using that old parlour game Consequences? You know, where one person begins a story on a piece of paper, folds it and passes it on? Hard to imagine how else they could have come up with something this bafflingly over-elaborate. A nightclub boss and a hitman are both suspected of killing a mobster. Unsure which likely lad did the crime, the man’s psychopathic son (Mark Womack) gives them each 12 hours to kill the other. Why 12 hours? Well, it makes for a pumped-up thriller, doesn’t it? Actually, no. The whole thing collapses into implausible silliness.
