Time Out says
In this middling variation on the 'teen lovers on the run' formula 13-year-old Paula (Teska), alienated from her schoolmates, separated parents and suburban neighbours, takes up with Jens ( Matschenz), a 16-year-old semi-delinquent orphan, convinced he's one of the few remaining folk not yet turned into an automaton by an extra-terrestrial virus. On the road they go, stealing cars and meeting with slightly older Charlotte, which of course causes jealousy and tension. Sometimes sluggish, sometimes tender, often implausible, and a touch too concerned with looking smart and sensitive. Well acted, though.
