Time Out says
Filmmakers Shepperd and Philbrick haunted New York's Chelsea Flea Market in
search of snapshot enthusiasts; the ones they met are strikingly perceptive and
articulate about the impulses that drive them to collect discarded images. Some
admire accidental aesthetics, but most are seduced by the stories the pictures
suggest. The directors create a poignant collage from these photo fiends,
consumed by mutilated snapshots of Ouija boards, comic books and antique
absinthe spoons, proving that one person's junk is another's treasure.
