Poster Boy

Archconservative senator Jack Kray (Lerner) is launching his reelection campaign at the college that his closeted son attends. Henry (Newton) hates his father’s politics,but out of love for Mom (Allen),agrees to introduce Dad at the press conference. Trouble is, he’s just had sex with a jaded AIDS activist (Noseworthy) who now wants to out him—or has the rabble-rouser fallen in love with our hero? The setup is contrived, and the hunky leads ordered directly from the A&F catalog, but Poster Boy does manage to touch the eternally raw nerve of gays and American politics.
