Time Out says

In the small Finnish town of Rovaniemi, a heroin substitute known as Subutex has surpassed speed as the narcotic of choice. Nineteen-year-old drug addict Jani isn't anxious to get the monkey off his back; being high is preferable, in his addled mind, to nonstop boredom. A prison term starts to convince him, however, that getting clean is a necessity---assuming that kicking the habit is still a viable option. Joonas Neuvonen's documentary pulls no punches, casting an unblinking eye on the violence and dead-end squalor of Jani's situation. While it never hits the gritty heights of you-are-there junky journalism la Larry Clark's Tulsa, you still feel as if you've personally toured the abyss.
