Time Out says
A skilfully edited documentary with minimum of directorial intervention about the 'charismatic' media tycoon Silvio Berlusconi, his foundation of Forza Italia (which swept to power in February 1994), his rise to become Italy's prime minister, and his fall from power. The film cross-cuts, primarily, between two political candidates, one from the broad left Progressive Alliance, the other a Berlusconi employee (a director of the Diakron polling company); the 'clean hands' investigating magistrates Davigo and Di Pietro; and various media representatives. For those who like to draw their own conclusions.
