Yes, Jack Arnold - the incredible shrinking sci-fi film director, who since the early '60s has been providing various varieties of pap, mainly for TV. As sex movies go, this is particularly well crafted, and at one or two points even manages to be (intentionally) funny. The heroine is the daughter of a bigwig American who comes to London and causes havoc among visiting diplomats (including a crude caricature of Henry Kissinger). But it's not really interesting - Arnold fans would be better off dreaming of creatures from the black lagoon and incredible shrinking men.
