Time Out says

Such a blatant low-budget steal of the Assault on Precinct 13 idea that one could almost praise it for bare-faced cheek. On the first night of an official police strike, a gay club is invaded by some vile recruits of the 'New Order', a local variant on the National Front, who sport a nasty line in queer-bashing (shooting them in the back of the head). One gay runs free, takes refuge in a large house peopled by resourceful outdoor types of that particularly Canadian sort, and the siege begins. Many scenes are badly in need of tightening, but there is some pleasure to be had from the ingenuity of the besieged in contriving makeshift weaponry (a drainpipe bazooka, the old James Bond flaming aerosol trick). There's the Hawksian standby of the last cigarette, and there's even the dead-villain-who-won't-lie-down. Not quite there, but not a bad try. CPea.
